Terms and Conditions for The Composer’s Blueprint

1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in and accessing The Composer’s Blueprint (“Course”), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use this Course.
2. Course Access & Enrollment
• Your enrollment grants you non-transferable access to the Course materials for personal use.
• You may not share, resell, or distribute any Course content.
• Students have 120 days to complete each module. Extensions may be granted at the discretion of the Course provider.
3. Intellectual Property & Copyright
• All materials, including videos, lessons, worksheets, and assignments, are owned by Beacon Arts & Music LLC and protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.
• You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute Course content without written permission.
• The Composer’s Blueprint name and branding are trademarked and may not be used without authorization.
4. Payment & Refunds
• Course fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Payment must be made in full before access is granted, unless an installment plan is selected.
• Failure to complete payments on an installment plan may result in suspension or termination of access.
5. Student Responsibilities
• You are responsible for completing the assignments, exercises, and composition projects within the 120-day completion period per module.
• Participation in discussions, critiques, and feedback sessions should remain respectful and constructive.
• Misuse of Course materials, plagiarism, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the Course without a refund.
6. Modifications to the Course
• The Course provider may update, modify, or discontinue sections of the Course at any time.
• Any major changes to the Course structure will be communicated in advance.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
• This Course is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee professional certification, career advancement, or specific results.
• The Course provider is not liable for any technical issues, loss of data, or damages resulting from the use of the Course.
8. Dispute Resolution
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
• Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Chicago, Illinois.
